Intellectual Property
The "Indoors to Outdoors" philosophy, our signature designs, high-definition photography, and the In2Out identity are protected by global intellectual property laws. Every curve of a walnut frame and every stitch of a weather-resistant textile is an expression of our artisanal heritage.
Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content from our collections without express written consent from the In2Out Curatorial Board.
Product Descriptions
We strive for absolute precision in our product representations. However, as we utilize natural materials like Deep Walnut and organic stones, variations in grain, texture, and hue are inherent characteristics of luxury craftsmanship.
Product dimensions are provided with architectural exactness, yet we allow for minor hand-finished tolerances.
Pricing & Transactions
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change reflecting the fluctuating cost of sustainably sourced raw materials. Tax and specialized white-glove delivery fees are calculated at the final stage of your bespoke curation process.
In2Out reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if an error in pricing or product availability occurs. We treat every transaction as a partnership of trust.
Limitation of Liability
"In2Out shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our artisanal products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific material object in question."
